Every moment in a man's life will come with trials and temptations.
For those who have tried, you know how it goes.
My body constantly fights the soul.
I was told recently, by a pastor, that all humans are composed of three parts:
Body, Soul, Spirit.
He then mentioned that our lives represent some continuum of livelihood in one or all three domains. We decide where we live in this triangle by cultivating one part more than the other.
Our flesh can be defined as our passions. We all desire things: wealth, satisfaction, gratification. Most of time these passions can blind us from exercising rational decisions.
I encourage you to evaluate your belief system nightly, so that you may feed the part of you that is missing.
Once you have decided, remember the following principles:
1. To feed the body, you must eat.
2. To feed the soul, you must starve.
3. To feed the spirit, you must pray.
